This course confirmed to me as a headmaster that our school is on the right way. The parents often accept information, counseling and hints better from an outside expert than from the teacher in a confidential meeting. The parents reacted very positively on this interesting evening with a broad objective. They liked the practical suggestions that can be implemented with little effort.
